The Contract

All clients who wish to buy my services will have to accept a contract before I start anywork. A contract is always in written form, but can be confirmed by either a written email, postal mail (signed contract) or by verbal confirmation (by telephone). Once both parties have confirmed and accepted the contract, no changes will take place after that, unless I decide some small changes are necessary (example: I find small problems in the implementation after it has been confirmed).

I Reserve the right to charge extra for corrections or addons to a website after the contract has been ended and all paid in full. If addons to the website are required during the time of the contract or if unexpected changes (or corrections) are required, I reserve the right to charge extra.

I cannot guarantee that a website will function completely in all web browsers. I design and test for Mozilla (Firefox), Internet Explorer 7.0+ browsers, Safari, and Opera. (For Internet Explorer 6.0 when necessary)

While in development stages, all content of a project will remain on my server if possible. If a client cannot pay, does not pay, no longer wants the website for any reasons, I reserve the right to NOT finish the project, not give any content to the client, deny access to the project and possibly remove all content or make it inacessible.

Benshu Responsibilities

Every action is taken to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, however I cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it the project.

The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Benshu.ch until all payments are over, and the project terminated. All scripts, code, graphics, or any software developed by Benshu.ch remain the copyright of Benshu.ch and cannot be resold or reused for other commercial purposes other than the project they were designed for.

I cannot take any responsibility in any copyright infringements, or other legal issues to do with materials provided by the Client

Payment Terms

Payment of bills have to be paid within 30 days upon receipt of the bill except if otherwise indicated. Payment options include either bank to bank transfers or Credit Card using PayPal. A payment in advance of 30% minimum of total value is mandatory from the client before I start any project.

Websites with multiple languages

The customer has to provide me with all the necessary text.
